Sera domatesi 4129, güçlü ve verimli bir bitkiye sahiptir ve Buşehr, Hormozgan ve Kerman eyaletleri de dahil olmak üzere ülkenin güney illerinde en büyük ekili alana sahiptir. Bu çeşidin özellikleri arasında, özellikle sıcak bölgeler ve yüksek sıcaklıkların olduğu mevsimler için çok önemli olan, uzun raf ömrüne sahip sert bir meyve dokusuna sahip olması sayılabilir. Sera domatesi 4129, uygun budama, beslenme ve koşullarla 240 grama ulaşabilen, ortalama ağırlığı 180 ila 210 gram olan yuvarlak şekilli bir meyve üreten yüksek verimli bir çeşittir.
